If you are looking for any last minute orders then we are offering our Pre-Christmas delivery
for all orders placed up until 3pm on Friday 20th December.

We will be closed from Midday Monday 23rd December until Thursday 2nd January
when we will continue shipping any orders place between this time

Getting Started FAQs

How do I register for drop shipping?

Simply apply for a new account by clicking the new account button in the header and filling out your details.  We accept submissions form a variety of customers so please checkout this form for more info

How do I place a drop shipping order?

Simply add the product(s) that you want delivered to your customer to your shopping cart and it will take you directly to the checkout. 

  1. Enter your customers address inc their mobile and email address to have tracking info sent to them
  2. Enter your order Id for you to track later and select the delivery service.
  3. Pay for the order (note you can save your card details for easy paymnent next time)

Do you charge for your drop shipping?

We do not charge for our dropshipping service and it is simple to use.  All prices are showning online and we charge a shipping fee which can be different depending on the size of the item.

Will I get notified of despatch?

Yes you will get an email when its depsatched and your customer will get an email from the courier with the details as well so they can self track.  You can also get all tracking details online as they are automatically uploaded to your customer area

What do I need to do after placing an order?

After you place an order we will handle all the packing and despatch.  We'll notify you of any issues if there are any and communicate to you your options.  It is your responsibility to communicate these onto your customer, we will not communicate with your customer.  You must adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations as set out by the Office of Fair Trading and you must make your customer aware of their rights to cancel.  We will not be responsible for any returns as our contract of sale exists between us and yourself, not between us and your customer.

Can I return items?

Yes we do allow returns, however we do charge a restocking fee for this, you can find out more info on our returns policy - view here
